1. No purchase necessary to enter or win, but must be a client of the firm prior to December 15, 2009. Open to legal residents of the US only, who are at least 18 years of age as of August 31, 2009. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Platinum Financial Network, LLC (dba Brock and Associates, LLC) and their respective affiliates, agencies, and their families, and persons living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate. Void wherever prohibited by federal, state, or local laws.

2. Eligibility: Entries are determined by an established client relationship with Brock and Associates, LLC. One entry per person will be provided to existing clientele, plus an extra entry for any referrals that become clients prior to 12/15/09.

3. Prize: There will be three drawings for three winners. Each winner will receive a seven-night cruise vacation. Not included: airfare, government fees, taxes, gratuities, and items of a personal nature. Travel must be completed by date specified at time of drawing. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. Certain restrictions apply.

4. Winners will be chosen at three separate drawings taking between December 16th and December 31st, 2009 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be immediately notified by mail, phone, or e-mail, as well as by the firm’s newsletter, financial planning blog, website, and/or press release. Non-winning entries may not be notified.

5. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release form within 14 days of notification or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner’s travel companion will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release; if the companion is a minor, the winner must be that minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute a Liability/Publicity Release on behalf of the minor. Return of any Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. By participating in the Drawing, entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and all decisions of Sponsors; and (ii) to hold Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and parents harmless from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of the Winner’s participation in the Drawing, and acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize in connection with the Drawing.

6. Entering the Drawing constitutes permission to Sponsors to use Winner’s name, voice, picture, likeness, opinions, and biographical information without further compensation for promotional and/or publicity purposes, unless prohibited by law. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify from the drawing any person they believe has violated these Official Rules.
